Aura Oil Skin application (pulse points or in place of perfume), Bath (add 10-20 drops to warm bath), Compress (put 10-15 drops on compress or a few drops on a cloth placed inside heating pad) Pre-Wash Treatment for hair. (add a few drops to hair and work through to scalp. Wrap in warm towel for 1 hour. Wash hair as usual) Facial Steam Fill wash basin or bowl with hot (NOT BOILING) water, add 5 drops oil, cover head with towel and lean over water. Breath normally until steam disapates. Steam Inhalation Use as facial steam except breathing deeply. Massage Gel Traditional massage or localized treatment (muscle cramps, menstrual pain, ect.) After Shower Gel Use after bathing for all over moisturizing. Use after sun exposure (put in the refrigerater for a real cooling affect) Use as a shaving lotion alternative. Inhalers Insert tip of inhaler into tip of nose and breath in deeply. For the appetite suppressant useage, do not insert, simply waft scent under nose. DO NOT OVER INSERT! Hair Treatment Gel Once a week hair/scalp treatment. Put in hair and leave in for a full 24 hours. (For some of the stonger smelling oils may we suggest this treatment on a Saturday when you won't have to go anywhere) |
